After the Red Fort, you can head to the swanky Chandni Chowk and Jama Masjid MosqueThe Jama Masjid is also known as Masjid-i-Jehan-Numa and is one of the largest mosques in India. This landmark is an important part of any trip to Delhi.

Now you will be driven towards the India Gate which is one of the most prominent landmarks in New Delhi. Built on a very grand scale, it’s a unique symbol of India’s prosperity. It’s a must-see for tourists. It also serves as a great picnic area. You can take a boat ride on the lake, or relax on the lawns. You also get to see the newly built Centre Vista in Delhi has been given a historic look, with 1,000 red and white sandstone bollards dotting its perimeter. The tomb was constructed over an eight-year period. It required 20,000 workers, many of whom were master craftsmen. The laborers were recruited from Central Asia, Persia, and Arabia. There were also 1,000 elephants dedicated to lifting the heavy building materials. The tomb is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Now as a shopaholic you can stroll through the colourful bazaars of Delhi for any artefacts. Later you transfer back to hotel or at the Airport.
